Scoring runs essentially is a two-stage process consisting of 1) reaching base, and then 2) being driven in. There also are a variety of ways to get on base (a walk, a single, a double, a forceout, etc.). Here you’ll find a player’s breakdown of how often he 1) got on base (via each of the various methods), and 2) subsequently scored. You’ll also find a breakdown of the types of hits (and other run-scoring events) that drove him in, as well as a tally of how often each of his teammates drove him in.
